January brings hope, aspirations and good intentions. Start your new year off with strength and stability. This year learn to care for your body and mind with a daily practice of yoga. By coming to classes you will learn asanas that you can integrate in your daily routine. My goal this year is to help my students learn to do this safely and effectively for their body and mind`s needs.
Class Schedule for January
Thursday 7pm Balance Class - this class is designed for slow movement linking breath. This is a safe class for pre and post natal. It is not limited to those expecting, it is a great class for those looking to unwind from a long day. It slows the mind so that you can ease into bed post class.
Monday 7-8pm
Friday 7-8am
Breathe Vinyasa Flow - this class is designed for increasing heart rate and getting you ready to start your day. Learning to structure strength with the ability to return to ease prepares you to face the challenges of the day.
Winter feature: Enjoy a complimentary 45min Reflexology Treatment
Perhaps these class times don`t work for you and your friends and you would like a class time for your group that fits your schedule.
If you choose to organize a class of 5 people for a four week program you will receive a complimentary 45min Reflexology Treatment.

As a note: please check the website on blustery days. Due to being in a rural area I may choose to close the studio if the weather conditions are unsafe. On these days I will give as much advance notice as possible.
